5 Keys to Building Quality: An 8 hour workshop that reviews concepts in achieving excellence
including introductions to TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise, and Theory of Constraints.
Structured around: Continuous Improvement, Consistency, Measurement and Analysis, Teamwork and
Training and Development.
o Lean Six Sigma Executive Review: A 4 hour introduction to the What and Why of Lean Six Sigma
for executives desiring to explore Lean Six Sigma implementation.
o Six Sigma Champion Training: Two day program for those serving as Champions to Six Sigma
projects. Includes materials in the Green Belt course below plus particular emphasis given to project
selection and evaluation.
o Yellow Belt training: Two day workshop covering the principles and application of Six Sigma to
involve all employees in the Six Sigma deployment effort.
o Green Belt training: Two week training program designed as an in-house training program using
company projects as hands-on experience using the Six Sigma tools.
o Black Belt training: A one week program with emphasis on project management, statistical techniques
and design of experiments
o Value Stream Mapping: A 2-3 day workshop designed for in-house facilitation and direct application
to the workplace. This is a highly interactive workshop.
o Team Problem Solving: A 2 day workshop designed to involve leaders at various levels with problem
